Becoming a shareholder (bearer or administered registered shares)

You can contact your financial intermediary (bank, broker, etc.) and ask them to purchase Carbios shares on your behalf and register them in a securities account or in a PEA / PEA-PME opened in your name.

Your financial intermediary will remain your primary point of contact for all transactions and operations related to your portfolio.

Becoming a registered shareholder

To become a registered shareholder and be listed in Carbios’ shareholder registers, you can contact Uptevia to receive the required documentation from our registered share management provider (securities account agreement, order transmission form, applicable brokerage fee schedule for orders transmitted through Uptevia’s services, etc.).

The different shareholding modes
of Carbios shares

A double voting right is allocated to all fully paid-up shares documented to have been held in registered form in the name of the same shareholder for at least two years.
