Half-year review of Carbios’ liquidity contract with Invest Securities

Clermont-Ferrand, France, 3 July 2015 – CARBIOS (Alternext Paris : ALCRB), an innovative green chemistry company specializing in breakthrough technologies dedicated to the recovery of plastic waste and the production of bio-polymers, today provided a half-year review of the liquidity contract it has in place with Invest Securities.

As of 30 June 2015, the liquidity account contained the following number of shares and cash balance:

–              Number of shares: 8,432

–              Cash balance of the liquidity account: €50,000.65

For reference, at the annual review of the liquidity contract of 1 January 2015, the liquidity account contained the following number of shares and cash balance:

–              Number of shares: 5,316

–              Cash balance of the liquidity account: €88,399.29
